This clock was working when we picked it up & we hung it up & it's ticking. Has pendulum & weights. Looks like the face was repaired at some point. Probably came out of a Pennsylvania Tall Clock. Works fine as a wag on the wall clock or could be used a replacement with or without the face.   

Face itself is 14.5" tall by 10.5: wide.
