Sellers: 

• Drop off a few boxes during our business hours & see how you like our system. 
• If you want to sell or consign an estate or large collection, email us pictures centralvaauctions@gmail.com. 
• Consignment rates are based on a sliding scale per item / lot $10 & under 25%, $10 - $500 20%, over $500 10%
•  
• Buyers: 
• Preview during our regular business hours at The Covesville Store (Central VA) & bid online.  We will be open Saturday, Sunday & Monday before each weekly sale.  You may also preview future sales while you are here.
• At the end of the sale, your credit card on file will be charged. 
• A buyer's premium of 15% will be added along with sales tax unless we have a sales tax form for you on file. 
• Please bring your own packing supplies / boxes, and helper/s when picking up your items.
• Buyers have 30 days to pick up items during our normal business hours. 
• After 30 days the items will be considered abandoned & will either be resold or donated without refund or compensation. 
• If you are unhappy with items for any reason, you can consign them for resale. 
• To make the process go smoothly we ask buyers to preview items in person. 
• To make things easy, you can preview items & bring in consignment for the next sales, when you pick up items.
