It's some kind of hard early plastic with a wooden handle. We're thinking 1st half of the 1900s or maybe a little later, up to the 1960s. Measures about 18" long by 21" tall. We don't see any markings on it but we may have missed a logo.

Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition. We always recommend checking these items out in person before you bid.
