This is 1 of 4 pieces of similar art from a Pennsylvania estate. The watercolor painting was cut from a sheet of chain laid paper by Perry Hopf & the fancy grained frame was by Carroll J. Hopf Kennebunk, ME. The actual design & Painting was by Claudia Hopf. If you are interested in find out more, Google it. These are getting hard to find.
