Outer frame measures 16.5" by 14".
Painting is signed Segal & frame is marked Angela Goddard Marx. So maybe Angela just made the frame or maybe she painted the picture that was in the frame previously.

Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition. We always recommend checking these items out in person before you bid.
