Outer frame measures 19.5" by 17.5"

We have 2 similar scenes in similar frames that we are selling separately. Both would look good on the same wall. They are very decorative. We're not sure if they are paintings but they look like paintings. The frames look great with distress. We see them as very nice decorative items.
