The blade measures about 21" long. If you had a sod farm to grow grass you would kind of dig under the grass to include the roots & dirt to cut out & lift the section. Has a nice warm patina. The handle has a shrinkage crack on the underside but I didn't notice it until I looked at the bottom. It is still sturdy.
Condition
Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition. We always recommend checking these items out in person before you bid.
