Old or Antique Basket with Green Accents ~ Native American?

Has blue & green ribbon woven through it. 1 Handle stands up & the other is droopy but it still has blue ribbon holding it in place. Measures we're not experts on Native American baskets but we think this may be 1. Looks like someone may have had a potted plant in this because the bottom has a little mold from getting wet.
Condition
Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition.
