Some of it looks like it was done with a knife & some with a brush. You can feel the layers of paint.
Outer frame measures 39" by just over 27".
We don't see any issues with the painting. The metal frame has dents & dings.

Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition. We always recommend checking these items out in person before you bid.
