Has key & pendulum. We put the pendulum in place & it started ticking.

This one of 4 clocks from a local estate & all 4 of them are high end. 

The only issue we see is that the back door has frosted glass that has cracks in it. The key is taped to the back. You can see the gears going from the front. There is minor roughness here & there to the stone, but no major problems. We think it dates from the 2nd of the 1800s.  We don't see a maker's name anywhere, but you may have better luck
