This piece originally had snipe / cotter pin hinges which didn't last so it's now on its 3rd pair of hinges. The paint is probably from the early 1900s & it looks like there is blue-gray under that. There are early rosehead nails & some newer square nails that ere added along the way. We're thinking late 1700s or earlier. Came to us from Lynchburg VA.
Measures almost 37" wide by 18.5" tall by 13.5" deep.
