Looks like it has its guts & when you crank it the bells ring. The oak case is finger jointed. The mouth piece etc. look original. May be missing the little shelf below. Looks like the original finish. We are not experts on phones so judge by the photos. Measures over 20" tall by about 9 1/2" wide.
