Has hand dovetailed drawers with poplar secondary. Knobs are probably original. The form is classical & it was made by hand. The locks don't look like they are Federal. The locks may have come later or it may be a centennial piece from the late 1800s or early 1900s.  There is some writing in the drawer bottoms. If that bothers the end users, they could put some shelf liners inside the drawers. 

Measures 29" tall by 37.5" wide by 24.5" deep.
