Is in good condition. The hinges have been changed / restored & the lock has been replaced. The lid acts like it is locked when you close it but all you have to do is take a screw driver & gently pry the lid & it comes open. If this bothers you, you could always either remove the lock or the tongues on the lid that go into the lock.
