Looks like a Singer but we don't see any markings. It's not electric but is hand crank. These tend to be older & more rare. Seems to work with its hand crank. We are not sure that it has every little part. Has its original lock & key so the case locks. Shows normal distress from years of moving around etc.

Outer case measures10" tall with handle down. The bottom base measures 16" by 9".
