We are guessing early 1800s. Not sure if it is complete. Parts come off including the wheel. Measures 6 feet long by up to 4 1/2 feet tall. The wheel is about 3 1/2 feet in diameter.

Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition.
