Probably dates from the late 1800s or early 1900s. We don't see a key or a pendulum. The paper label on the back says "The E. Ingraham Company". Looks like it was refinished. Probably had a glass door on the front. Case itself looks like its in good shape but we're not sure what it will take to get it working. The works are there, but they aren't in the normal position. 

Measures almost 16" tall by 15.5" wide.
