The one with the rider works a little better than the other. Both show wear. One is missing its rider. The other may have had rubber tracks. Not sure if other things are missing. Both measure about 8" long.

Shows normal evidence of use, wear & age ~ Good Condition. We always recommend checking these items out in person before you bid.
